Entrance Requirements

PRE-K Age 4 ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

A child entering Pre-K age 4 must be potty trained and four years old before the current school year starts. Before a child can be admitted, the following records must be on file:

• Completed Admission Packet

• Proof of current physical examination

• Current immunization record/religious objection form

• Copy of Birth Certificate

K-12 ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

A child entering kindergarten must be five years old on or before August 15 of the enrollment year. Before a child in any grade can be admitted, the following records must be on file:

• Completed Admission Packet

• Proof of a current physical examination

• Current immunization record/religious objection form

• Copy of Birth Certificate
